SALTY STARS

Welcome to Hedgehogs salty week kitchen :)


 INGREDIENTS:

- 200 g of cheese

- 125 g of cheese cream ( or mayonnaise)

- 200 g bread

- 250 g of black olives (canned in salty marinade)

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 pinch of salt


                                                1. Slice the bread with a form for cookies (we used star).















    2. Slice the garlic into very very little pieces.


3. Slice the black olives into very very small pieces.

                                                            
 

           
4.Grate the cheese.



5.Put into bowl grated cheese, cheese cream, sliced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.














6. Take a bread star, put a mixed cheese cream on it and decorate with a sliced olives.



















  Finally, it’s time for tasting. SKANAUS! :)

  2. We wonder if your stars and skewers are so salty as ours. We gave a lot of salt ! and it was terrible salty ...

  3. To tell honestly, we don't like olives cuz they are not sweet :)... But in a case when we were tasting just salt or salted food, so salted olives weren't that bad as it sounds at first. By the way, seems your salty cookies were nor worse as the sweet ones.
